    Bookings at Harmony Wellness Spa are by appointment only. Please reserve your treatment in advance.

    Some same day appointments may not be able to be accommodated; however, we do take last minute bookings when available.

    Booking with your Gift vouchers

    If possible, please provide us your gift voucher number when making a booking.

    Please bring your gift voucher when attending appointments.

     

    If you would like to change the treatment listed on your gift voucher or transfer it to another person, we are happy to organise this for you.

    Harmony Wellness Spa has strict hygiene policies and procedures in place; however, we have added extra procedures such as, disinfecting surfaces throughout the spa, toilets, treatment rooms and reception after each client.

    We use hospital grade disinfectant for all our sanitising procedures, hand sanitisers, sterilisation cabinets and disposable one use tools and equipment, our towels and linen are changed after each client.

     

    To ensure the Health and Safety of our guests and staff we need to conduct the following questions prior to your arrival:

    • Have you returned from interstate or overseas travel in the last 14 days?
    • Have you had any close contact with a positive COVID-19 case?
    • Do you, or anyone in your household, have any flu-like symptoms?

     

    If you have answered “Yes” to any of the questions, we unfortunately will not be able to go ahead with your treatment. All our staff will adhere to the same criteria as our clients.

    Cancellation or Changes to Bookings

    Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you with a therapist and in a treatment room that is required for your particular booking.

    Please advise us with 24 hours prior notice of any changes to treatments, arrival time, wishing to reduce or extend treatments or any other changes you want to make to bookings or treatments via email bookings@harmonyws.com.au or call +61 8 9717 6680.

    Respectfully, late cancellations or changes incur 50% treatment cost or package booking fee and will be charged to the credit card provided and gift certificates are automatically used for payment of the treatment unless the booking can be refilled by another guest. Without notice the full charge of your treatment will automatically apply.

    Arrival Time

    Starting your Spa experience should be relaxing and it takes time to use the bathroom, enjoy a welcome drink, walk to your treatment room, consult with therapists and get changed before your treatment commences.

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

    At consultation, your Spa therapist will discuss your needs and concerns, it is recommended that you communicate to your therapists any concern or requirements you may have to receive the best treatment possible.

    If you experience any discomfort or need an adjustment to your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately and he/she will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

    Health and Safety

    We care for your health and safety; to enable us to make the appropriate choices or modifications to your treatment please inform us during the booking process if you have any medical concerns.

    It is not advisable for your own health to have treatments while unwell nor is it safe for the health of our staff who care for you. Please cancel during office hours (9 am -5 pm) prior to the day of your treatments if you are feeling unwell.

    Whilst all care is taken, Harmony Wellness Spa cannot guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition.

    If you have any concerns, please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional.

    Pregnancy

    Due to increased sensitivity and various hormonal changes during pregnancy, there may be some treatments contraindications and special precautions for the mother to be.

    We recommend you check with your doctor about your individual needs prior to booking treatments.

    Children and Pets

    In order to maintain the spa health and safety and our tranquil environment, it is with great regret to inform you that children are not allowed in our treatment rooms, reception and retail area during your treatment.

    You are welcome to bring children with you to shop and make bookings providing they are supervised and the noise level is kept at a minimum.

    No Pets please, due to health regulations.

     

    Minimum age requirement for treatment for young adults is 16 years of age.

    Any teenager seeking treatment must be accompany by an authorised adult.

    Our lounge area is reserved for Spa guests having treatments only.

    Public Holidays

    Harmony Wellness Spa will be closed on Christmas and New Year's Days and Good Friday.

    Re-gifting your Gift Certificate

    Call us or email us and we will be delighted to attend your request.

Public Holidays
Harmony Wellness Spa is open as per normal hours on all Western Australian public holidays (15% public holiday surcharge applies) with the exception of Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday.

•	Your gift certificate number, expiry date and treatment details on your gift certificate.
If you have a dollar value gift certificate or want to change the treatment listed on your gift certificate, we are happy to organise this for you. 
If your gift certificate value does not cover the total cost of the treatments you want to book, a credit card number is also required with your gift certificate number to reserve your booking.

Re-gifting your gift certificate
Send us an email bookings@harmonyws.com.au with the gift certificate number and who the gift will be transferred to.

If you arrive at Harmony Wellness Spa suffering from flu, intoxication or transmittable infections you will not be permitted to have treatments and as a condition of our cancellation policy, outlined above, you will be charged for the booking. Please cancel during office hours (9 am -5 pm) prior to the day of your treatments if you are feeling unwell.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Due to increased sensitivity and various hormonal changes during pregnancy, there may be some treatment contraindications and special precautions for some pregnant and or breastfeeding mothers.

Spa Etiquette
Whilst at Harmony Wellness Spa, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities, spa policies and the enjoyment of other guests.
